Tour Itinerary
Day 1. Ulaanbaatar / Choibalsan city
Meet in the hotel. Transfer to the airport for evening flight to Choibalsan city, Dornod province.
Upon arrival, transfer to the local hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in. (L/D)
Day 2. Buir lake 300 km
Today, we will drive to the Buir lake situated in the border between Mongolia and China, eastern 300 km from Choibalsan city. On the way to the lake enjoy the great steppes of Menen from the car window and have a boxed picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight stay in local tourist camp. (B/L/D)
Day 3. Khalkh gol village 160 km
In the morning enjoy emotional sunrise and have breakfast at the camp. Drive to the Khalkh gol village in Dornod province. After arrival enjoy the monument Khalkh gol victory, the statue of Yakovlevch, the monument of Mongolian border guards, the memorial of 90 warriors, the statue complex of victory and the museum ‘Victory’. Return back to the local tourist camp and stay in overnight. (B/L/D)
Day 4. Fly back to Ulaanbaatar
In early morning, drive to Choibalsan city. On the way enjoy the great steppe of Menen, have a picnic lunch. After arrival and transfer to the local airport for evening flight to Ulaanbaatar.
Upon arrival around 21:20 pm at the city airport, transferred to your hotel in Ulaanbaatar. (B/L/D)
