Yolyn Am valley
Yol means Lammergeyer, one of the most endangered bird species of prey. The Yolyn Am valley is notable for a deep ice field; it remains frozen for most of the year, except late summer. There are grassy meadows, small streams, long and narrow valley with sheltered by high cliff walls, sunlight bouncing off amazing rocks, covered with wild flowers and Gobi plants.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1. Ulaanbaatar / Southern Gobi, Dalanzadgad

Meet in the hotel. Transfer to the airport for morning flight to Dalanzadgad.
Upon arrival, drive to and walk to sand dunes of Moltsog Els. Camel riding 1 hour. Then we will drive continues to the flaming cliffs of Bayanzag. The flaming cliffs of Bayanzag are looks like fire in the middle of the desert from distance. Lunch, dinner and overnight stay in a ger camp. (L/D)

Day 2. Yolyn Am, Gobi Gurvansaikhan National Park
Today, we will drive continues to the Yolyn Am valley situated in Gobi Gurvansaikhan National Park. Lunch at tourist ger camp near the National Park.
In the afternoon, we will visit Yolyn Am valley. There is we will make little hiking through. You may be lucky enough to spot wild sheep and goat, grazing high on the cliff walls.
After visit and explore the national park, we will take one-hour drive to the Dalanzadgad town and transfer to the local hotel. (B/L/D)

Day 3. Fly back to Ulaanbaatar
In early morning, your driver pick you up from your hotel and transfer to the local airport for morning flight to Ulaanbaatar.
Upon arrival around 10am at the city airport, transferred to your hotel in Ulaanbaatar. (B)
